Payment options
With Jeune Premier we have the following payment methods: Banktransfer, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro,Paypal and IDEAL.
Sometimes it happens that your online payment fails or you didn't have your card on hand. Don't worry, you can still do your payment by banktransfer. These are our bankdetails: IBAN - BE 53 3631 1493 6653. Remember: when you pay don't forget to mention your name and order number.
Transfers can take between 1 and 5 days to be on our account.
No. Unfortunately we don't have this possibility. You can online pay with creditcard (Maestro, Visa), banktransfer, Ideal and Paypal.
Yes, for secure online payment we work together with the International company Mollie. As a market leader in online payment solutions for e -commerce Mollie guarantees you a 100 % safe handling. The transaction is made via a secure site with different firewalls between Mollie and the buyer. Neither we nor any third parties get your card number or other information to see. Mollie verify the validity of your card, card number and access rights of your credit card and give message to us if everything is in order and the payment will be made. So your order will be confirmed and immediately proceeded to dispatch.
Yes. After you've received your order, just send an email to info@jeunepremier.be for an invoice.
Shipping services
You can receive your order at any address (home, work, etc. , mailbox is not possible).
Once your package will be sent with GLS you receive an email confirmation from our courier service with the tracking code.
We will send generally with the courier service of GLS and this only on weekdays.
The shipping cost are calculated per country per amount. You can find the exact rates when checking out, after you have entered your correct address. Based on this address the exact shipping amount will be displayed in your check-out basket.
Please check your address when completing the data on the checkout page! If you see in our confirmation email a wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately by mail info@jeunepremier.be. Caution! Once you had already received an email with the confirmation of shipping it is too late to correct the address and we will have to wait until your order comes back. We will contact you if the package is returned to us and make a new appointment to send it again.
Returns & exchanges
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within two years of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
You may return your Jeune Premier item bought from this website for the following reasons:
No problem. You have 14 days from the day following the delivery of your purchase to cancel your order. We will issue you with a full refund excluding the delivery charges paid at the time of your order. Returning goods is at customers expense.
If a Jeune Premier product has been misdescribed in a way which should have been readily noticeable (such as its colour) we will happily refund you within 14 days from delivery of your order. Returns made later than this may be accepted at our discretion.
Returning an item is simple. Just follow these steps.
Product care
Can only be wiped clean with a damp cloth Due to its high-end finishing and metal accessories, our products cannot be washed in washing machines. We strongly recommend dry clean.
